God Himself first planted a Garden,
And He filled it with things Man would need,
It flourished as it was intended,
And from it the whole World now could feed.
The name of this Garden was Eden,
It fulfilled the Creator's design,
He planned it without imperfection,
And all in the Garden was fine.
The trees and the flowers grew resplendent,
The fruits fed the beasts there within,
Only God could have planned such a Garden,
Only He would know where to begin.
But when Adam succumbed to temptation,
It spoiled the immaculate plan,
And instead of our lives being sinless,
It was not, and that's where it began.
Have we learned much since Adam and Eve's time,
Maybe some, maybe not, who can say?
But we can change our life by not sinning,
And when better to start than today?
Love our God, Love our Lord, Love our Brother,
If we follow these principles, then
The World of the Garden of Eden
Could return, with perfection again.
